We’re looking for a Commercial Relationship Manager III to join our team and help us serve and expand a high-value portfolio of commercial clients—including C&I, CRE, and SBA loans. You’ll act as a trusted financial partner to businesses in our community, structuring smart credit solutions, managing risk, and creating long-term client success. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys both strategy and service, with room to grow alongside a forward-thinking, community-based bank. What You’ll Do Manage a portfolio of commercial loans with a focus on client satisfaction, credit quality, and profitability Source new business through networking, referrals, and community engagement Lead credit analysis, loan structuring, and presentation of loan requests Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless, full-service banking solutions Serve as the go-to contact for your clients, building relationships that last What You’ll Need 7+ years of experience in commercial lending, with at least 3 years managing portfolios directly Strong knowledge of credit underwriting, financial analysis, and loan structuring Proven business development and relationship-building skills Experience with SBA or CRE lending is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred) What to
