Responsibilities:
Exceed production standards by managing a steady, qualified pipeline Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the loan process Build referral networks with realtors, builders, and local partners Ensure regulatory compliance at every step Collect and verify borrower documentation in coordination with title and insurance companies
Qualifications:
Active NMLS License (state or federal) 2+ years of experience in mortgage origination or real estate Familiarity with LendingPad and Advantage Credit preferred Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills Microsoft Office proficiency
