MORTGAGE LOAN OFFICER
Castle Rock Mortgage, LLC 2687 Townsend Court, Clarksville, TN 37043 We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their mortgage needs and guiding them through the home loan process. Responsibilities:
Originate and manage a pipeline of mortgage loans, including conventional, FHA, VA, and other loan programs. Educate clients on the mortgage process and assist them in selecting the best loan products for their needs. Collect and review necessary financial documentation and conduct credit analysis. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lending guidelines, market trends, and products. Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process. Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or similar role. Knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and guidelines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. NMLS license required. Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
