Business/Finance Background preferred Minimum 4 years Mortgage Loan Processing Experience NMLS license required

Responsibilities:

May include, not limited to and based on management’s discretion; Knowledge in programs, products and guidelines. Facilitates the mortgage loan disclosures and application process by validating mortgage loan application information and verifying that the loan application meets established industry standards. Administrative Responsibilities Collection and Distribution of confidential information Organize and set up loan files Ordering third party documents Collect all required documentation for the loan package Ordering required documents, Review initial loan approval and work with borrower to gather appropriate documentation Communicate with loan officers, clients, management, sales support team and other professionals, including agents, attorneys, title companies. Maintain sufficient knowledge and understanding of the Anti-Money Laundering/Anti-Terrorist Financing/PATRIOT Act, OFAC, ECOA, TRID, and other regulations. To be able to fulfill applicable requirements and responsibilities under the mortgage lender related policies and programs.
