Your Responsibilities:
Assist clients with bail, insurance, and surety bond services Manage and prioritize multiple incoming and outgoing calls Support individuals post-release and guide them through the legal process Travel to jails and courthouses to process bonds Market our services via social media and direct outreach Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and in writing Learn and utilize specialized software systems
Minimum Qualifications:
1+ year of customer service and/or sales experience No felonies and no more than two misdemeanors (per licensing eligibility) Open availability for a 24/7 schedule , including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to obtain insurance and bail licenses within 6 months (training and fees covered) Valid driver’s license, active auto insurance, and reliable transportation Strong written and verbal communication skills Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems Highly detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills skills are a plus!
