Job Description
Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant/ Loan Partner Cardinal JC 196 Montgomery Street, Johnson City, TN 37604 We’re hiring an LOA to begin in the next 2 months. Responsibilities include assisting our Loan Originators in taking applications, structuring mortgage loans, verifying and collecting loan documentation, assessing the applicable legal requirements and regulations, and application of company policies to ensure the accuracy of all loan documentation. Applicants must be highly organized and possess strong communications skilks. Also, must have or be willing to obtain an active Tennessee Mortgage License.
