Mortgage Loan Officer Colten Mortgage a Division of AWM Brentwood, TN 37027 • Hybrid work Job Summary Colten Mortgage is seeking dedicated and experienced Loan Officers to join our team. We specialize in new home construction and have strong partnerships with builders across the country as their preferred lender. We have a team dedicated to supporting Loan Officers in attracting and obtaining builder business. We offer great marketing support, and numerous loan programs geared towards new construction and easing the process for buyers who are looking to purchase new construction homes. As a Loan Officer with Colten Mortgage, you’ll have the opportunity to connect homebuyers with our trusted partners and provide tailored financing solutions that meet their needs. Duties Build and maintain relationships with local builders and homebuyers. Work closely with realtors Assess clients’ financial situations to determine suitable loan options. Guide clients through the loan application process, explaining terms and conditions clearly. Negotiate loan terms with clients and lenders to secure favorable outcomes. Review and analyze financial documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the loan origination process and improve customer satisfaction. Experience 2 years of experience as a Loan Officer (required). Proven success in self-generated production and ability manage higher volume. Active State loan officer NMLS license. Familiarity with local real estate and builder markets is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
