The ideal candidate will be eager to learn about the title insurance business. Job Responsibilities

• Directly assists the Closer/Manager
• Assists Closing Agents with maintaining accuracy of files throughout closing process and informs appropriate persons if need for additional documentation or actions arise
• Proactively works to identify issues and facilitates timely problem solving to help ensure timely closings for clients and stakeholders
• Responsible for proactively communicating and providing status updates to closer/manager regarding progress of open files
• Performs other functions and duties as required as agreed upon with management Skills and Qualifications
• Displays strong interpersonal, administrative skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team, handle high volume of files and be able to prioritize tasks required
• Demonstrates eagerness to learn and grow in the title insurance industry
• Ability to gain proficiency with local Probrate Court Search Engine for basic document search, Microsoft Office suite, SoftPro, Pro-Trust and robust computer skills strongly preferred
• Practices highly effective organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
• Demonstrates ability to collaborate and influence outcomes through effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ideal candidate will be professional and polished with excellent customer service skills
• Must have the flexibility to assist in late closings when required
• Prior knowledge of the real estate or title industry is helpful and complementary, but not required About Us Anchor Title, LLC is an established Title Insurance company servicing Alabama, Florida and Mississippi.
