$37.5K – $45.3K a year 1 day ago Qualifications Microsoft Excel No experience needed Microsoft Office Bachelor’s degree Computer skills Entry level Under 1 year Full Job Description Job Description The Student Worker, Real Estate provides support to Real Estate personnel by performing administrative and clerical tasks for ArcBest and its subsidiaries as needed. This position performs all tasks assigned by Real Estate including organizing documents, updating and maintaining files, as well as conducting several phone calls daily. Responsibilities Maintain and update File Management System. Update Co-Star System Insurance Certificate requirements. Request checks from Accounts Payable. Pay invoices. Submit AFE’s. Request boxes to/from warehouse.
Other clerical duties:
typing, filing, opening mail, answering phones, preparing FedEx shipments, setting up files, etc. as necessary. Other duties and projects, as assigned.
Requirements Education:
Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in related field of study.
Experience:
No prior experience necessary
Computer Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent Excel spreadsheet and reporting skills.

This is a part time position that will average fewer than 30 hours per week. Work hours generally fall between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with occasional irregular hours depending on workload.
