Responsibilities:
Process merchant cash advance applications efficiently and accurately. Review and verify documentation submitted by applicants, including contracts and other high-level documentation. Produce contracts and other high-level documentation accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Communicate effectively with clients to gather required information and resolve any inquiries. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and timely processing of applications. Maintain detailed and organized records of transactions and client interactions. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred. Previous experience in a financial or lending institution is an asset. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with financial software. Knowledge of merchant cash advance or similar lending products is a plus. Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and willingness to learn.
