Loan Processor –

DSCR & Foreign National Loans:

Review DSCR and foreign national loan applications to ensure all required documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with state and federal regulations. Analyze rental income, property cash flow, and financial documents to determine DSCR loan eligibility. Evaluate and verify borrower information, including international identification and income documentation for foreign nationals. Collaborate with borrowers, real estate agents, and brokers to collect necessary information, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and lending guidelines. Calculate DSCR ratios and assess borrower creditworthiness based on non-traditional financial metrics. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, anti-money laundering laws, and other applicable policies. Prepare and organize complete loan packages for submission to underwriting. Communicate effectively with borrowers, lenders, and third-party service providers to address inquiries, collect missing documents, and provide updates on loan progress. Maintain organized records while managing multiple DSCR and foreign national loan files simultaneously.

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administering and/or processing DSCR and foreign national loans ( no exceptions ). 3 years of experience using Arive required. Strong understanding of DSCR calculations, rental income analysis, and cash flow assessment for investment properties. Experience working with international clients and processing non-U.S. financial documentation. Knowledge of relevant regulations, including Fair Housing laws and anti-money laundering compliance. Proficiency in math, financial calculations, and 10-key typing. Familiarity with loan origination systems (LOS) and financial services workflows. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, documentation, and compliance review. Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple loan applications efficiently.

Work Conditions:

This position allows for remote work; however, candidates must be local and available for in-office work or meetings as required. Flexible hours are available, but all client correspondence must occur during standard business hours
