Immediate need for Mortgage Loan Processor seeking a greatopportunity with a growing organization. In this Mortgage LoanProcessor role, you will be responsible for performing a variety ofloan documentation duties on complex loan packages and ensurecompliance with policies and procedures for loan products. As aMortgage Loan Processor with this organization, you must have aminimum of 2+ years of current Loan Processing experience dealingwith high volume, knowledge of processing, underwriting and closingprocedures, and a strong proficiency in automated underwritingtools; LPS and AWD a plus. As a Mortgage Loan Processor in thisrole you will be required to have managed an assigned pipeline of50 plus loans on a daily and weekly basis. Qualifications with thiscompany for this Mortgage Loan Processor role you must have had aminimum of 12 months of experience, in the past 3 years, enteringALL loan data elements in to a lending operating system and thengenerating one of the following: CLUES, CLOUT, LP, DU, a minimum of36 months, in the past 5 years, experience calculating ALL of thefollowing: Paystub, W2s, Bonus-Commission, passive (Alimony-ChildSupport), Rental Income and a minimum of 36 months, in the past 5years, experience reviewing AND validating ALL of the following:
