TEKsystems is currently searching for career-driven candidates interested in a Mortgage Operations Support Assistant opportunity with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in the Pensacola, FL area!
Description:
To provide operational support for Management, Supervisory staff, Mortgage Loan Officers (MLOs), Processors and Closers in order to execute essential mortgage production tasks, minimizing the inherent risk company and its members assume during the origination process. Assist with new loan setup including indexing, member follow up, ordering and/or validating documents; updating mortgage lending systems while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Complete initial contact with the member appropriate information such as contact name, hours, contact numbers, etc. to ensure member education and enhanced member service
Requirements:
Familiarity with company products, services, policies and procedures High school graduate with some level of advanced education Basic skill performing mathematical calculations and working accurately with numbers Basic skill analyzing and organizing problems or work processes

- Friday, 8am-5:30pm
CST Training Schedule:
Monday
- Friday, 8am
- 4:30pm
CST Start Date:
July 8th

Onsite in Pensacola, FL (Opportunity to go Hybrid after training: 2 days onsite, 3 days from home
