MOSA (GPO)Job Description We are seeking a full-time team member to join our dynamic team in a role that involves completing indexing tasks. The position operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Indexing requires reviewing electronic documentation submitted by borrowers or third parties, accurately identifying and categorizing each document (e.g., title binder or Verification of Employment), and assigning it to the appropriate loan number. Speed and accuracy are crucial components of this role. Responsibilities + Review and categorize electronic documentation accurately. + Assign documents to the correct loan number. + Maintain high levels of speed and accuracy in indexing tasks. Essential Skills + Proficient in administrative and clerical tasks. + Strong data entry skills, including alpha-numeric entry. + Experience in mortgage, finance, and accounting preferred. + Bachelor’s degree is advantageous. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Basic office and administrative skills. + Ability to work effectively in a team environment. + Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tasks. + Preferred experience in mortgage-related roles. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pensacola, Florida. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 – $15.00/hr.
