Title Processor/Closer Dubyak Law Firm, P.A. Pensacola, FL 32504 Job Overview This position plays a critical role in the title processing and initial phase of each transaction in the real estate department. This person will process a file from open to close, assisting the Operations Manager/ Real Estate Paralegal in ensuring that all necessary documentation is accurately prepared and that all compliance requirements are met. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy. The Coordinator will work closely with clients, lenders, brokers, attorneys and other related parties to facilitate smooth closings and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Intake new clients and schedule intro calls Open new files, calendar dates, communicate with clients. Coordinate and communicate with various parties involved throughout the transaction all steps involved until the closing process, including lenders, title companies, and clients. Ensure that all necessary documentation is collected throughout the transaction and verified prior to closing. Conduct thorough checks of loan files to ensure adherence compliance standards. Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the closing process. Maintain organized records of all transactions and communications related to closings. Provide support in loan processing and underwriting as needed. Prepare and review closing documents for accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Open and maintain our firm’s corporations that we manage for clients. Skills Proficient in Math and calculating figures for accurate data entry and calculations. Knowledge of contracts, underwriting processes, and loan processing procedures. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Effective communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members. Phone etiquette Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
