Loan Processing & Closing Specialist Trainee Position Available In Jackson, Florida

Loan Processing & Closing Specialist Trainee Farm Credit of Northwest Florida Marianna, FL Farm Credit of Northwest Florida is seeking a Loan Processing and Closing Specialist Trainee to join our team in our Marianna office. In this position, you will deliver exceptional service and provide a consistent client experience that aligns with the mission and vision of Farm Credit of Northwest Florida. This trainee role will track and review core loan file documentation, such as title insurance and appraisals, and prepare loan closing and servicing documents and disclosures for simple to complex loan transactions.

Required Qualifications:

Education and/or experience equivalent to an Associate Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field Two to three years of lending, legal, and/or title review experience, including two or more years in a field requiring document preparation. Motivated with an adaptive attitude of teamwork and quality workmanship. Strong analysis, judgment, and communications (oral & written) skills. Works independently, to be assertive and decisive in arriving at sound business decisions. Proficient in technology with desire to learn new software programs. Demonstrates effective communication when dealing with internal and external customers. Highly organized and prioritizes work in order to efficiently handle projects and activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Some working knowledge of consumer, mortgage, & commercial loan documentation, real estate terminology and contracts. The base salary range for the position is $41,500 – $50,600 plus variable compensation tied to a general incentive plan. Additionally, up to 9% employer contribution to your 401K as part of a full benefits package. Proficient in English and bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 – 5:00.
