These are temp-to-hire openings, the pay rate is $19 to $22 per hour depending on experience. The schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. The Foreclosure Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the journey of delinquent loans through the foreclosure process, from preparing loans for referral to supporting post-foreclosure activities. This role requires expertise in foreclosure protocols and close collaboration with legal partners to ensure compliance with investor and company standards. As a key player in our team, the Foreclosure Coordinator embodies company pillars by delivering seamless service to internal and external stakeholders, fostering clear communication, and achieving excellence in every phase of the foreclosure process.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in foreclosure, mortgage servicing, or a related field, with an excellent understanding of both judicial and non-judicial foreclosure processes.
• Familiarity with investor, insurer, and regulatory guidelines for foreclosure and loss mitigation.
• Proven experience coordinating with attorneys, managing deadlines, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Enter education or certification requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience in the mortgage or financial services industry.
