Apply today! We’re looking for a driven, detail-obsessed Loan Partner who wantsto make waves!

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the right-hand partner to a top-producing LoanOriginator
• Manage a robust pipeline from pre-approval through closing
• Own document collection, review, and loan structuring foroptimal success
• Oversee ordering services (title, appraisal, VOEs, etc.)
• Lead memorable client experiences with thoughtful touches,closing gifts
• Support agent relationships, events, and referral strategy
• Prepare polished presentations and materials for meetings

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in mortgage (LOA, Processor, or similarrole)
• Deep understanding of residential lending and the loanprocess
• Confidence reviewing income, assets, credit & structuringfiles
• Tech-savvy and systems-driven (ARIVE, Go High Level, Encompass,and Bonzo are a plus)
• Exceptional organization, follow-up, and communicationskills
• College Degree preferred
