Title Operations
Title Solutions Specialist
Maitland, FL, US
:
Golden Dog Title & Trust is seeking a Title Solution Specialist to support the post-closing department to assist with closing deals and help increase the company’s revenues and profitability.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Receive file after closed and review all the documents to make sure all signed, dated and notarized correctly. Send executed closing documents back to lender.
Review legal description on title, mortgage, deed and survey to make sure that all match.
Assist with recording preparation, recording and posting payments in Simplifile.
Make copies of all invoices and checks and mail them out accordingly.
Review, scan and send final endorsements and/or title policies.
Monitor files for post-closing requirement matters (ex: partial releases and/or satisfactions).
Once title policy comes in, prepare cover sheet to send to the lender and/or owner and mail out with recorded documents.
Assist in curative resolutions of title matters.
Prepare and send invoices as directed
Manage Post Closing general inbox, responding to incoming mail in a timely manner
Submit policy remittance payments

Experience, Skills, Knowledge:

Previous Title and Escrow Experience is preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Strong organizational skills and time management skills
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
SoftPro experience is preferred
