Friday Responsibilities:
Experience in processing Florida real estate transactions Reviewing and understanding of real estate contracts Reviewing and understanding of title insurance requirements Order Entry Skills Ordering Surveys Ordering Lien Search and addressing Lien Search matters Ordering Estoppels and addressing Estoppel matters Ability to complete lender title order requests Communicate with all parties involved in the transaction to gather information and documents.
Skills and abilities:
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills Ability to multi-task a 30-40 file pipeline RamQuest software a plus High level of attention to details Solution oriented mindset Ability to work in a team environment Customer service and professionalism Ability to critical think and recognize title related matters.
