Title Processor 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars Wesley Chapel, FL 33544 Great American Title in Wesley Chapel / New Tampa is looking for an experienced Title Insurance Processor.
Responsibilities:
Prepare Title Commitments, CPL, Preliminary Closing Disclosures Obtain Payoffs, HOA Estoppels, Lien Searches, Surveys, etc to prepare transactions for closing Contact brokers, real estate agents, and customers to obtain additional information to complete closing preparation Complete warehousing and funding authorization on closed files Assist Closers with other items necessary for a smooth closing Skills needed: At least one year experience as a title insurance processor Some closing experience a plus Proficient in MS Word and Outlook Great customer service skills Excellent follow up and organization skills to ensure that files are ready to close on time
