Indirect Loan Processors perform the following functions: Review, organize, and verify that all required loan documents are received, signatures verified, and stipulations have been met. Prepare, request, and follow-up on stipulations for required items. Enter information from loan package onto Akcelerant and disbursed to DNA. Verify that information transmitted correctly. Answer phone calls that come into the payoff and funding phone lines. Professional and efficient communications with all departments promoting synergy. Exhibit a high degree of integrity, trustworthiness, and professionalism always. Exude a positive and professional attitude with members and partners consistently. Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications include: Possess excellent customer service skills along with strong verbal and written communications skills. Proficient with Word and Excel Experience processing vehicle loan documentation. Strong multi-tasking and sound decision-making skills. High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
