Join us on our mission to improve the financial well-being of our members! Payment Processors perform the following functions: Review and set up new member Payroll Originator authorizations. Provide external and internal member service regarding all ACH, Wire and Checks (drawn on
MIDFLORIDA
) activity on member accounts. Process any Payroll Originator change requests. Process ACH debit and credit origination exceptions by either posting or reversing. Process member ACH entry disputes. Process member Inclearing Check disputes. Process foreign and domestic wire transfers Process Inclearing Check files Process Return Deposit Item files Daily file balancing of originated and received activity. Assist internal and external auditors for audit exams. Assist branch and department staff with any accounting related issues. Recommend new or innovative ideas to improve overall work environment. Exercise sound judgment and discretion while remaining compliant with well-defined limits and guidelines. Professional and efficient communications with all departments promoting synergy. Exhibit a high degree of integrity, trustworthiness, and professionalism always. Exude a positive and professional attitude with members and partners consistently. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications include:
Possess strong organizational and time management skills as well as a high attention to detail. Possess excellent customer service skills along with strong verbal and written communications skills. Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Four years of financial institution payment experience Payment related Certification/AAP/NCP A Bachelor’s degree in business-related field is preferred.
