• Overview:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Loan Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the processing and closing of loans, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.

• Pay and Compensation:

• Hourly Pay starting at $20
• Mandatory 90-day probationary period

• Responsibilities:

• Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy
• Support the Senior Loan Processor in all loan processing tasks
• Work closely with loan officers, escrow, title, underwriters, and lender account executives
• Daily tasks include but are not limited to organizing loan documents, updating loan notes, submitting loan files, preparing initial disclosures, ordering documents, and data entry

• Experience:

• One year of mortgage/real estate related processing or transaction coordinator experience
• Knowledge of escrow, contracts, and loan processing procedures
• Familiarity with underwriting processes and credit analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat/PDF Editor
• Great communication skills via email and verbally by phone
• Able to work and adapt well in collaborative, fast-paced environments
