The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the licensing process, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining accurate records. The Licensing Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by facilitating the licensing needs of our clients. Responsibilities Manage the licensing application process from initiation to completion, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time. Conduct thorough data entry to maintain up-to-date records in our licensing database. Communicate effectively with clients via phone and email to provide updates on their licensing status and address any inquiries. Perform outbound calling to follow up on pending applications and gather necessary information. Utilize strong phone etiquette to ensure a positive customer experience during all interactions. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the licensing department. Assist in training new staff members on licensing procedures and best practices. Stay informed about changes in regulations that may affect licensing requirements. Experience Previous experience in an office environment or call center is preferred. Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing our customer support capabilities. Familiarity with customer support principles and practices is beneficial.
