Bilingual Loan Processor III
Duluth, GA Description Now hiring for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Mortgage Loan Processor! This is a direct hire position that will be working a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
Hours:
Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Compensation Range:
$60,000-$65,000
Responsibilities:
Complete and manage preparation process of mortgage loan files
Confirm and verify documentation for accuracy and completion
Submit completed filed to appropriate system and review findings
Process a variety of loan types within mortgage lending
Maintain working knowledge of all necessary technology and platforms
Act as lead processor in supporting other processors within team
Execute branch administrator responsibilities
Learning, comprehending and implementing fraud prevention requirements
Ensure company follows all federal and state regulations
Additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
5+ years of comprehensive mortgage processing experience
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required
High school diploma or GED required
