Specialist, Closing Disclosure Position Available In Kennebec, Maine

• The target pay range for this position is $18.00/ HR to $24.00/ HR.
• What you’ll do:
• + Review/prepares disclosure documents Closing Disclosures for compliance with

RESPA/GFE

regulations and company policies and procedures re-disclosing when applicable + Review title policy, appraisal and escrow instructions for correct property address, vesting and legal description + Verify lock and approval information for all loan programs and investors + Determine and document discrepancies between the file and loan origination system + Draw and prepare all loan documents and ensure completeness of file + Review all alerts and run MAVENT per guidelines. + Assists Operations staff with general support as necessary

• What you’ll need:
• + Experienced in drawing loan documents for Conventional, FHA and VA loan programs for wet and dry states + Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast paced environment + Thorough understanding of current

RESPA/GFE

regulations + Maintains highly confidential information concerning loan applicants + Requires moderate level of organizational skills and ability to work on several tasks simultaneously + Constant contact with title/escrow companies, brokers and internal office staff + Significant coordination of various duties required + Office machines such as computer, copiers, scanners, fax machines + High School diploma required. + Two to four years of experience as a Doc Drawer with conventional and government mortgage loans products preferred
