Prepare in-house loan documentation and review attorney prepared loan documents. Research and assist in resolving customer and deposit problems. Credit and collateral loan file creation and maintenance. Follow-up and assist in resolving loan file deficiencies. Help coordinate Commercial Lender loan closing schedules. Track and update financial statement tickler. Order credit bureau reports, flood certifications and environmental reports. Review daily overdraft report. Verify corporate status online. Request UCC filings and searches. Follow-up on insurance coverage. Prepare letters and correspondence. Comply with all Federal and State banking regulations and all Bank and department policies and procedures. Perform other related duties as assigned.
