Helps Exception Item Processors with daily workflow to ensure deadlines are met as needed. Fill in or help with daily workflow for research and adjustments. Help in any area of Item Processing when needed. Responsibilities Assist with daily Exception Item process to ensure all deadlines are met. Must be able to prioritize workflow to meet deadlines. Review and correct daily general ledger reconcilements for any outages. Participate in projects and other duties, as assigned. Assist department staff with problems or questions in department Supervisor’s absence. Provide general support by answering questions over the phone or via email for branch employees, call center employees and employees from other departments. Provide backup for daily CD interest check process. Ensure work premises constitutes a safe work environment that promotes positive bank image, including regular inspection for and remediation of any hazardous conditions; regular maintenance and cleaning of premises; adherence to all posting requirements in jurisdiction, including human resources and compliance postings; and provision of comfortable and appropriate space for associates to conduct banking business. Protect all client and bank information confidentially and follow all company policies. Understand, communicate, and instill the Company’s mission, vision, and values (Pillars of Success). Complete monthly training in a timely manner to ensure knowledge of bank regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures. Working at the worksite during regular business hours and/or assigned hours. Other specified duties as assigned. Compensation & Benefits The Exception Item Processor II position pays a minimum of $18.50 per hour.
