Job Description:

We offer one of the most lucrative support positions in the mortgage industry. As a Sr. Mortgage Loan Processor (Client Success Manager), you will play a crucial role in facilitating smooth and efficient mortgage transactions while providing exceptional customer service and communication to our clients.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive base salary of $36,000 along with an industry-leading bonus structure. Realistic pay expectations for our CSMs is between 75k-150k a year with our overall average being just over 100k.

Requirements:

Previous experience in mortgage processing Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Efficiency in task and time management Strong attention to detail when reviewing loan documents and financial information Proficiency in mortgage loan processing software and Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of federal and state regulation, as well as FHA, VA, and Conventional guidelines. Must be willing to work on-site – full-time

Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers, loan officers, and other team members to provide timely updates and address any inquiries or concerns throughout the mortgage application process. 2. Collect and review mortgage applications and loan documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness to expedite the underwriting and approval process. (An Underwriting background or DE certification is a plus) 3. Communicate with clients to request additional information or documentation as needed, guiding them through the loan application process. 4. Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and other team members to resolve any issues or discrepancies in loan files. 5. Coordinate loan closings and document signings, ensuring all necessary paperwork is prepared accurately and complies with regulatory requirements.
