File funding responsibilities for all affiliated companies, including check issuance, wire transfers, positive pay file uploading, recording reconciliations, outstanding check follow-up and audit assistance. Document Recording support and document scanning as required. Additional responsibilities as requested.

Summary of essential job functions:

Support funding team and escrow closing department. Monitor financial email and work with escrow closers to fund all files closing on a daily basis. Review and prepare all files to be funded in a timely fashion. Exercise prudence with approving wire transfers. Confirm all wire transfers requiring a verbal review with the bank. Work closely with the Funding team to ensure all files are fully funded and any file balances are reviewed and corrected as soon as possible. Post earnest money deposits to closing files. Upload positive paycheck files to the banks every day. Complete escrow bank account reconciliations for all affiliated companies on a daily basis. Support escrow department through document scanning and file processing as needed. Other responsibilities as required.

Minimum requirements:

Experience in accounting or bookkeeping is preferred, title experience is a plus. Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software, knowledge of operation of standard office equipment. Satisfactory written and oral communication skills.

Work conditions:

General office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time. The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available. This is not a remote or hybrid work position.
