DescriptionWhat The Role IsThis position will generate and monitor through the use of reports all initial disclosures and re-disclosures related to residential mortgage applications.
How You Will Make an ImpactMonitor Encompass application status reports ensuring the timely issuance of initial mortgage loan disclosuresFollow up when necessary through written and verbal communication with the loan officer to obtain any information necessary to complete the production of the initial mortgage loan disclosuresThrough the use of Encompass, generate and provide a copy of the initial mortgage loan disclosures to all applicantsAssist in the creation and ongoing monitoring of monthly activity reports indicating the timeliness and accuracy of initial mortgage loan disclosure documentsCoordinate responses to customer inquiries received from Mortgage Loan Officers and other production staffWho You AreExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in the use of Microsoft Office and their associated suite of productStrong research, analytical, and organizational skillsAbility to multi-task while meeting strict deadlinesOutstanding time managementSound decision-making skillsWorks cooperatively with othersRegular and reliable attendanceIf your experience aligns with this description, please consider applying.
