As a participant, you’ll complete a mortgage or home loan pre-qualification application during a recorded virtual session with one of our researchers. You will not be required to take out a loan. You’ll choose from a list of well-known financial institutions provided as part of the study. The application process will be conducted online using a computer and smartphone (preferably an iPhone), and it will typically take 30-45 minutes. Then, you will bank communications for 7 days. You will receive a $200 incentive for successfully completing the application and sharing the follow-up communications.
