Your Contribution:
The Collateral Administrator Specialist provides back-office support to LCCU branches employees with collateral-related questions. As a vital member of the LCCU team, your responsibilities include the following: Maintain records, files paperwork, scans documents, and performs other clerical duties as needed. Maintenance Data to present reports to management as needed. Maintain working knowledge of all policies, procedures, rules, and regulations related to vehicle loans. Provide telephone support to members and loan officers on matters related to collateral and process all related correspondence. Coordinate contact with members to determine the reason for missing titles or lack of insurance verification. Analyze and answer basic questions regarding centralized tasks and operational procedures. Review reports to determine if it’s necessary to contact the member and perform research with insurance agents to request updated copies of insurance policies. Organize and maintain car loan files, including titles and proof of insurance for all credit union vehicle loans. Report all Structured Transactions by the member to the supervisor and file a Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) to submit to Compliance for review, approval, and filing. Register the tracking of the application for requesting titles for the entire organization. Registration of the database and processing all the payoff checks of all auto loans. Prepare the Letter of Guarantee required for 3rd parties. Prepare the claims files of the Gap, Gap cancelation, Live or Disability insurance to submit to TruStage for approval. Must be a user of the technological systems in place for collateral services. Provide clerical assistance for car titles issues. Answer phones, process correspondence, and maintain accurate electronic files, Database. Contact member to determine the reason for the missing title or insurance not verified. Answer basic to moderate complex questions regarding centralized loan tasks and operational procedures for auto insurance. Stay proficient in centralized loan systems and processes. Requirements:
