Role:
As a Commercial Loan Closing Specialist, you will support the execution of commercial loan transactions by participating in initiatives of low to moderate complexity. You’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities for process improvement and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
Support commercial loan closing processes by reviewing and analyzing assignments of low to moderate complexity. Conduct research and evaluate alternatives to resolve operational challenges and ensure timely loan closings. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Apply independent judgment within defined procedures and guidelines to resolve routine issues. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide accurate, timely information to clients and team members. Develop a strong understanding of commercial loan closing functions, policies, and compliance standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Commercial Loan Closing or a related field. Equivalent experience may include a combination of professional work, consulting, military service, or relevant education.
