Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Commercial Loan Closing Specialist to support key initiatives within our Commercial Lending operations. In this role, you will contribute to moderately complex projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help ensure the successful execution of commercial loan closings in compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
Support and consult on moderately complex initiatives related to Commercial Loan Closing. Analyze and resolve challenges by evaluating variable factors and applying sound judgment. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and client personnel to meet project deliverables. Ensure adherence to established policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Contribute to large-scale planning and execution of Commercial Loan Closing deliverables.
Minimum Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in Commercial Loan Closing or a related field. Equivalent experience may include a combination of professional work, consulting, military service, or relevant education.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong understanding of commercial lending processes and documentation. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
