Harris Blvd-141278 PROJECT DETAILS This contractor will be supporting the “Deal Closing Lending Fulfillment team to supplement day-to-day operations in the Charlotte location. This team is responsible for supporting financing and transaction activity for the “

program.” DUTIES

• Auditing transactions
• Validating transaction documents match information in system of record
• Remediate information discrepancies
• Perform document review & language review
• Sync municipal documents that are non-standard to ensure alignment with legal and credit approvals

TOP SKILLS

• Leadership experience as a team lead, manager, supervisor, (some responsibility for other employees)
• Ability to train and mentor new team members
• Document and language experience
• Experience processing transactions in a corporate environment (and making decisions on them independently)
• Leasing processing experience

• Experience or experience with a system of record
