Assembling, preparing and verifying closing documents during thecompletion of real estate transactions. ? Coordinating all aspects of the closing process and ensure thatall terms of the sale are met. ? Preparing loan and property insurance paperwork included in aloan package, keep track of deposits, arrange for propertyappraisals and coordinate the details of the final closing meeting,during which the closing statement and mortgage note aresigned. ?
