Loan Processor Genpact 1525 West W T Harris Boulevard, Charlotte, NC 28262 Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Loan Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in loan processing and possess a strong understanding of mortgage procedures and regulations. Responsibilities Collaborate with loan officers to gather necessary documentation for loan applications Review loan applications to ensure all required documents are included Verify applicant information including employment, income, credit history, and assets Conduct credit analysis and assess the risk of loan applicants Ensure compliance with FNMA guidelines, Fair Housing regulations, and internal policies Communicate with underwriters to clarify information and resolve any discrepancies Coordinate with various parties involved in the loan process such as banks and mortgage servicing companies Skills Proficiency in loan processing procedures Strong mathematical skills for accurate calculations Knowledge of underwriting processes and requirements Familiarity with mortgage servicing practices Understanding of Fair Housing regulations and FNMA guidelines Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills If you meet these qualifications and are looking to join a dynamic team in the finance industry, we encourage you to apply for the Loan Processor position.
