Raleigh, NC Hours:

Onsite, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

A growing mortgage team is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Processor to join their office. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step into a fast-paced environment with potential for long-term growth. The position is fully onsite during the temporary phase. If the role transitions to permanent, a hybrid schedule will be available.

Key Responsibilities:

Process mortgage loan files from application through closing Organize, review, and verify loan documentation Support sales and loan officers with administrative tasks Perform basic math and loan-related calculations Ensure accuracy and completeness throughout the loan process Communicate with internal teams and clients in a clear, professional manner

Qualifications:

Prior mortgage industry experience required Experience with Encompass software is a strong plus (but not required) High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong communication skills Open to feedback, collaborative, and eager to learn Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset #staffing
