The loan processor communicates this information to all parties involved. Processes all document received for each file in order to verify the accuracy and completion of each document. Acts as a liaison for the loan originator, borrower, and lenders. Is responsible for providing loan originator updated and periodic information regarding their loans. Is expected to answer all calls and emails in a quick and timely manner. Must collect all required documentation for the borrower(s) and make follow up phone calls or emails to acquire any missing information. Must maintain and update files, databases and records to keep all information up to date. Ensures that files meet company compliance standards and are complete. Ensures customer privacy and keeping non-public personal information private and secure as well as keeping company confidential information confidential. Is able to efficiently generate reports on any given file and manage their pipeline effectively. Qualifications Prior experience in a loan office environment. Encompass use preferred MicroSoft Office skills.
