General Summary and Objective:
Under general supervision and in compliance with established policies and procedures, the Commercial Lending Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting and fulfilling various duties within Commercial Lending.
General Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
Customer financial data tracking. Scanning and indexing commercial financials and supporting commercial documentation. Provides backup and support to the Commercial Closing Coordinator. Generates and/or reviews loan closing/modification documentation as applicable for all types of commercial loans based on approved terms and conditions. Works closely with attorneys, commercial lenders, credit administration, deposit operations, appraisers, and other related personnel as needed for loan processing, maintenance and/or troubleshooting. Performs and tracks commercial building and loan advances. Performs commercial line of credit advances. Generates Commercial Line of Credit Report monthly and locks out the lines if appropriate. Provides support to Credit Analysts at the direction of the Commercial Lending Credit Manager. Generates collateral reports, credit reports and other requested data in support of commercial servicing. Coordinate with loan officer, to review underwriting request to understand the expectations and to ask questions. Spread financial information and perform cash flow analysis to determine viability of the request. Prepare reports to assist in portfolio management. Perform annual loan reviews. Perform loan covenant reviews. Generates Mortgage Discharges and Payoff Letters. Performs business cash flow for Residential Department.

Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures. Generates financial statement request letters and line of credit renewal letters. Maintains the confidentiality of credit and customer information. This is a full time position performed in a regular office work environment. Travel is not required.
