The Role We are hiring Loan Processors for Steadbridge Capital who are sharp, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, investment-driven environment. As part of our debt fund operations, you will play a key role in ensuring that real estate loans are processed efficiently and accurately, supporting both investors and our internal team in closing deals. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end processing of real estate loan applications Coordinate with borrowers, underwriters, and third parties such as title and escrow Ensure documentation is complete, compliant, and submitted promptly Track loan milestones and proactively move files toward closing Communicate clearly and professionally with all stakeholders Work closely with our team to maintain a seamless borrower experience Qualifications 2+ years of experience in loan processing, preferably in real estate or private lending • Familiarity with loans, fix and flip, or new construction financing is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple files and meet tight deadlines Excellent communication skills • A team mindset and problem-solving approach
