Job Description

Description We have a client who is seeking back-office support in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This role will work in the Mortgage Appraisal department and involves providing support with mortgage related documents and appraisals reports, utilizing essential skills such as data processing, scanning and resolving issues.

Duration:

This position is a newly created position, and the candidates will be considered for this position based on performance.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Back Office Assistant within the Mortgage Appraisal Department, you will: + Upload documents from one operating system into two additional systems to ensure accurate reporting for the Bank. + Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and integrity. + Provide excellent customer service by resolving inquiries and offering support + Conduct data entry activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency + Review, scan and manage various documents including appraisal reports

Requirements:

+ Proficiency in Microsoft 365 at an intermediate level. + Prior experience or comfort working in back-office environments is preferred, though not required.

Location:

Downtown Pittsburgh, PA (Parking is not provided so transportation will be on your own expense)

Schedule:
