Mortgage Clerk Position Available In Clarion, Pennsylvania

Mortgage Clerk First United National Bank 19535 Route 208, Fryburg, PA 16326 Summary of primary responsibilities: Prepares mortgage loan documents. Processes applications and documentation for mortgage loans, sometimes of a more complex or difficult nature; verifies accuracy and collects and analyzes information needed for necessary disclosures. Coordinates appraisals and prepares documents for closing. Familiar with TRID. Familiar with Escrow procedures Updates all parties with status of loan transaction as necessary. Orders standard loan requirements and verifications such as title, escrow, appraisal, etc. Able to meet time deadlines while working under pressure. Able to effectively handle simultaneous tasks and projects in a fast paced environment. Reviews/edits tickler reports. Scans loan documents. Communicates with attorneys and closing agents as necessary. Understands Bank Loan Policy related to force-placed insurance and acts as a back-up to the Escrow Clerk. Understands and coordinates construction draws with loan officers. Data enters loan information on bank software. Verifies post-closing documents. Other duties as assigned. Experience with LaserPro software is highly preferred. Pay is commensurate with experience.
