Title Processor Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Title Processor to join our client in supporting the real estate transaction process from start to finish. This onsite, temporary-to-hire position based in Media, PA , involves preparing and reviewing closing documents, coordinating with all involved parties, and ensuring compliance throughout the title and settlement process.
Compensation:
$27-$35/hour, based on experience Eligible for quarterly bonus upon conversion to permanent
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities of the
Title Processor:
Prepare and review closing documents for completeness and accuracy Generate title commitments and final policies Order title searches, tax/utility certifications, and payoff statements Calculate and disburse recording and filing fees for various counties and municipalities Identify and resolve title issues to ensure a clear path to closing Disburse closing files and prepare documents for recording Collaborate with borrowers, real estate agents, lenders, and banks throughout the settlement process Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations Support timely delivery of documentation and facilitate smooth closings Obtain third-party documentation, such as HOAs, judgments, and tax certifications Qualifications and Skills for the
Title Processor:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the title or mortgage industry (required) Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required Strong customer service skills and professional communication abilities Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Familiarity with title production and document management software Knowledge of industry terminology and settlement procedures Why Join Us?
