OTE Position Summary:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Loan Document/Prep Specialist to join our growing Loan Operations team. This role is responsible for preparing accurate loan documentation for real estate, consumer, and commercial loans. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in loan document preparation and a strong working knowledge of loan operations and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and validate loan documentation for real estate, consumer, and commercial loans. Ensure loan documents are accurate, complete, and in compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines. Work closely with loan officers, underwriters, and legal to coordinate timely document generation and delivery. Handle multiple loan types including refinances, purchases, renewals, and modifications. Maintain organized and secure records of loan files and documentation. Resolve discrepancies or deficiencies prior to closing. Support audits, QC reviews, and post-closing documentation as needed.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in loan documentation and preparation Strong knowledge of consumer, commercial, and real estate loan types and associated documentation. Familiarity with compliance regulations related to lending. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
