Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Cash Poster to support our client’s revenue cycle team. The role is focused solely on cash posting, working within financial systems to ensure accurate processing of payments.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and process deposits using spreadsheets.
Retrieve remittances from Waystar or payer portals and upload them into the system.
Work through assigned centers, ensuring payments are posted accurately.
Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve processes.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in cash posting.
Strong understanding of Explanation of Benefits (EOB).
Detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently.
Open to feedback and adaptable to training.
