Loan Processor Coffee County Bank 2070 Hillsboro Boulevard, Manchester, TN 37355 Loan Processor Position Summary As a Loan Processor you will process all loan documents, including residential mortgage loan files from initial application to funding, ensuring timely and accurate packaging of all loans originated by our business developers. You will be responsible for reviewing initial loan applications, verifying information as loan program requires, and making sure all underwriting guidelines have been met. As a team member of the Compliance department, you’ll work directly with the business developer, underwriter, and title company to complete all loan documents to ensure a compliant loan file. Key Duties and Responsibilities Obtain credit bureau(s) reports. Input loan data for loan compliance and/or underwriting Correspond with business developers on any questions or clarifications regarding loan documents. Prepare compliance disclosures. Ensure proper verifications and supporting documentation is in the file for processing. Complete general underwriting for approvals and ensure conformance with loan policy guidelines. Assemble files. Order verifications of employment and payoffs. Perform general administrative duties. Comply with all banking regulations, bank policies and procedures. Assures that all necessary documentation has been received and conditions for closings have been met prior to closing of loan. Confidentiality is required in all phases of employment.
