Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Loan Officer Assistant. As a Loan Officer Assistant, you will work closely with our Loan Officers to provide administrative support throughout the loan origination process.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with the preparation of loan documentation and applications. Gathering and verifying borrower information, including income, assets, and credit history. Coordinating with borrowers, real estate agents, and other parties involved in the loan process to ensure a smooth transaction. Managing loan files and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Providing excellent customer service to borrowers and answering inquiries about the loan process. Assisting with loan closings and ensuring all necessary documents are properly executed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous experience in the mortgage or banking industry preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and loan origination software.
